1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SHIRIN MESSAGE (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SHIRIN MESSAGE is a unified messaging platform that lets businesses manage customer conversations from Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp inside a single inbox, with team assignment, shift scheduling, order tracking, and reporting.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business whose Pages you connect to SHIRIN MESSAGE. You must comply with Meta’s Platform Terms, Community Standards, and Messenger Platform Policy at all times.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use SHIRIN MESSAGE to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited promotional content, or messages that violate Meta’s policies.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm customers or other users.
  • Distribute malware, phishing links, or illegal content.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent.

6. Connected Platform Data

When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or WhatsApp number, you authorize SHIRIN MESSAGE to access and process messages and related data on your behalf, strictly for the purpose of operating the Service. You may disconnect a Page at any time from the Pages screen.

7. Intellectual Property

SHIRIN MESSAGE and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or applicable platform policies. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion via our Data Deletion page.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHIRIN MESSAGE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
