Data Deletion Instructions

SHIRIN MESSAGE respects your right to delete personal data we hold about you or your business. This page explains the options available and how to submit a deletion request.

Option 1 — Disconnect a Facebook Page

If you only want to stop SHIRIN MESSAGE from receiving new messages or accessing data from a specific Page, sign in and disconnect that Page from the Pages screen. After disconnection, no new data will be collected from that Page.

Option 2 — Delete your SHIRIN MESSAGE account

To permanently delete your account and all associated data, send us an email with:

  • The email address associated with your SHIRIN MESSAGE account
  • The Facebook Page name(s) connected to your account (if any)
  • The subject line: Account & Data Deletion Request

Option 3 — Remove SHIRIN MESSAGE from Facebook

You can also revoke SHIRIN MESSAGE’s access directly from Facebook:

  1. Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings.
  2. Click Apps and Websites in the left menu.
  3. Find SHIRIN MESSAGE in the list and click Remove.
  4. Optionally check the box to delete posts and data SHIRIN MESSAGE created on your behalf.

Once removed, Facebook will send SHIRIN MESSAGE a deletion callback and we will purge data associated with your Facebook User ID within 30 days.

What Happens After a Deletion Request

  • We acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
  • Account, conversation history, customer contacts, orders, and logs are deleted within 30 days.
  • We may retain limited records when required by law (for example, billing records).
  • We send a final confirmation email when deletion is complete.
